If you want to submit your post for likes/shares, it must be public and visible to everywhere. The amount of the likes/shares must be visible for everyone, even if the user is not logged in Facebook. The post should have at least one like/share before submitting.

Hey, did you manage resolving this problem? I receive the same error but I can't find any workarounds and I'm afraid to try something on my own (like making a new account etc.) because I don't want to break any of the site's rules by not understanding what I do..
