I can't add my Facebook Post for getting likes/shares, why?

If you want to submit your post for likes/shares,  it must be public and visible to everywhere. The amount of the likes/shares must be visible for everyone, even if the user is not logged in Facebook. The post should have at least one like/share before submitting.

    My account has been blocked for violation of our terms. 
    Then, i creat a new one. But I can't add links of my fanpages to "facebook likes" . it's say :"Oops! The FB page with the same FB ID already exists." 
    Please help me!

The FB page with the same FB ID already exists.", but I dont have this link in my account. So i think somebody has already added this link in the past, but now, probably he don't promote it. Please, let me add this link in my account. Thanks.

    Hello!

    I submit a request 8 days ago because I changed my fb page adress from https://www.facebook.com/giuseppe.biasin.ripetizioni into https://www.facebook.com/gbripetizioni. I removed the older one from my promote list and tried to add the newer one but i got this error message "Oops! The FB page with the same FB ID already exists."

    Please resolve it.
