Why my website was blocked in "Website Hits" section?

We always check manually all the websites of the ''website hits'' section. We block or not activate the URLs, which
• Have empty or few content
• Are ''under construction''
• Have adult content
• Are the sites similar to us
• Do ''iFrame breaking''
• Contain viruses, spam or other content that can harm user's computer system.
• Open Popups
• Contains any sound or auto playing video
